Hi! I'm Al. I have lived in New Mexico since 1966 and have owned five homes since 1978. I am an avid do-it-yourself-er and have always done all my own home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. I have been an East Mountain resident since 1998.

I have successfully completed Stratford Career Institute's Home Inspector program and have been professionally trained.

I hold the Facility Management Professional (FMP) Credential from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) 

I have previously been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of New Mexico.

 

I was the Facility Manager for Google's Titan Aerospace project in Moriarty, New Mexico. I helped plan the new facility and oversaw all aspects and phases of construction of the 60,000 square foot building. Upon occupancy I managed all facility operations including:

• Occupational safety
• Fire safety
• Security
• Maintenance
• Planning and overseeing new building work
• Procure, manage, and oversee construction contractors
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards

• Day to day running of the building

 

I am a retired Air Traffic Controller, Flight Services, and have worked with both Verizon Wireless and Lowe's as a customer service representative.
